UK Date of Birth DataPlus

The date of birth is only required on the electoral roll form when the voter is an attainer and will turn 18 and become eligible to vote over the coming year. The date of birth data is only retained the following year if the name is matched between the two electoral rolls. Because 18 year olds soon leave home, there is little date of birth data available.
