Implementing QuickAddress Batch

There are two simple methods of implementing QuickAddress Batch. They can be broken down into the following categories:

Standalone

Standalone is the simplest of the two implementations and is essentially a complete and ready to use product. Referred to also as the off the shelf version, it enables users to verify, correct, and enhance addresses using a pre-built QAS application (available for Microsoft Windows only).

API

The QuickAddress Batch API solution offers organisations seamless integrations into their IT environment.

The Application Program Interface (API) version of QuickAddress Batch allows the core functionality of the off the shelf solution to be incorporated into any third party application that can call external C functions. A developer is usually required to perform the integration.

Developer tool kits include:

  • QuickAddress Batch library
  • C/Visual Basic sample code
  • C/Visual Basic test harness
  • API Manual (including pseudocode, function reference etc.)
  • Sample country address databases
  • New feature and technical upgrade guides
