Batch v4 operation modes

Batch v4 supports the following modes of operation:

Whole Address
Tthe whole address is replaced with the postally correct address.

Enhanced Address
The whole address is updated with the postally correct address but retaining additional non-address elements such as non-PAF building names, additional delivery information etc.

Postcode Clean
The postcode only is cleaned by looking at the address supplied with it.

Postcode Update
A limited updater functionality by which recoded postcodes can be updated. This is only available for GBR data.
