What is it?
A FREE 3-day trial of the 'Plug & Go' version of our QAS Pro software. This is the software that allows you to return a full address from just a few elements (e.g. house number and postcode, street and town, etc.). You can then paste the resultant address into any application (though we recommend an application like Microsoft Word or Excel for demonstration purposes).

Is it the full software?
It is fully functional, however, it accesses the address data from our web servers (to save you downloading the data files) and so you may not see optimum speed performance (usually the data would be stored on your network and so things will happen instantaneously). In addition, we do not provide the QAS Pro Configuration Editor. This is the part of the software that lets you change the address format (number of address lines, capitalisation of address elements, etc.) to match the format of your customer database.

Finally, we only show one search engine ('Single Line'). There is another searching option called 'Typedown' which narrows down address possibilities as you type character by character. All of this is available if you decide to apply for a trial of the full software. You can organise this now if you'd prefer by contacting us free on 0800 197 7920.

Is this the only 'version' of the software?
No. What you'll see here is just the 'Plug & Go' version. This is used in many call centres and businesses across the UK. However, other customers prefer to integrate the software fully using our API (Application Program Interface). You can also have the software for various operating systems and platforms.

Is this the only data you can have?
No. The demo you'll be using can access our UK Business Data file (this is the Royal Mail Data combined with Experian Business Data). Other data we provide includes:

How do I use it?
It's very simple to use, but we suggest you watch the online tutorial first to familiarise yourself with the software.

Is it easy to uninstall the software?
Yes. This is part of the program menu for the software.

It seems slow to load up initially
When you first load up the FREE trial it needs to authenticate your password and username on-line. This takes a few seconds. However, the full software does not need to do this and so you would not experience any delays.

What do I do after the FREE 3-day trial is over?
Call us free on 0800 197 7920 to find out more about how we may be able to help you, or to discuss being sent a full evaluation copy of the software (which includes hosting the data locally, ability to configure the software to match your customer database, Typedown searching, etc.).
