QuickAddress Batch with Business Data combines the functionality and ease of use of QuickAddress Batch with the wealth of business information provided by Experian to clean, enhance and maintain business addresses.

		Each address is verified against the 2.79 million UK business names and addresses in the Experian National Business Database (NBD) and the 27 million UK addresses in the Postcode Address File supplied by the Royal Mail simultaneously The address format is standardised, any spelling errors are corrected and missing address elements are added. In addition, telephone and fax numbers if available, will be appended at no extra charge.

Accuracy: Updates to both the Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File and Experian’s NBD file are supplied quarterly ensuring the most up-to-date data is being used. Monthly updates are available on request.

Enhanced database analysis and profiling: Enables an organisation to maintain an accurate database of business names and addresses. This will ensure database analysis is not undermined by bad data integrity.

Dual PAF and Experian solution: Business names and addresses are checked against the NBD record and the record in PAF simultaneously. This in turn will improve data quality.

Available data

QuickAddress Batch with Business Data appends additional data to business addresses as they are entered into a database or underlying application. This additional data enables more accurate customer profiling and analysis, adding significant value to the business address records held.

The database is compiled from 10 different sources including exclusive access to Yellow Pages data.
