British Telecom selects QuickAddress for the world’s first
pre-packaged contact centre solution

 

British Telecommunications (BT) has selected QuickAddress, from QAS, as the address management solution of choice for Contact Central, the world’s first pre-packaged contact centre solution for SME’s. Contact Central pre-integrates all the necessary components of a multi-media contact centre, including telephony, IP switching, hardware and software to handle all forms of customer enquiries via voice, fax, e-mail and Internet.

QAS are pleased to announce that its long-standing business partner, Strategic Information Technology Services Ltd (SITS), have now fully integrated QuickAddress Pro for the Web into the SITS e:VISION Student and Course Management system.

Steve Hope, Sales Director for SITS Ltd, says that ''Deploying the SITS' e:VISION system with QAS' address management software for the web, has ensured that all customers can now easily meet the UK statutory requirements for providing valid student addresses within one fully integrated system.''

SITS, a UK based company, have been providing Student and Course Management systems for University's and Colleges since 1991.
