Leading wine retailer Oddbins, the twelve times winner of Wine Magazine's Wine Merchant of the Year award, are employing QuickAddress at its Wimbledon based contact centre. The centre handles up to 5000 orders a week during the busiest periods.

ProspectSoft Ltd is a UK-based developer of customer and business relationship management software, primarily for the SME and small corporate markets. Together, QAS and the ProspectSoft CRM system provide an integrated sales, marketing and customer service environment that manages campaigns, sales enquiries, document production, customer support and much more.

Reckitt Benckiser is the world's largest supplier of household cleaning products, such as Dettol, Mr Sheen, Finish and Airwick. QuickAddress Pro is integrated with ProspectSoft CRM at their Customer Care Centre near Bristol, where all customer product issues are logged and dealt with. Most of these are managed within ProspectSoft CRM, but some customer information is passed to other systems for analysis and reporting. However, the customer address never needs re-entering.
