QuickAddress Pro Web V4.5

The aim of the Pro Web V4.5 release is to improve the QAS product offering so that it meets the demands of a market that has changed dramatically since the company’s first web product was first introduced. This has been achieved by developing improved functionality based around the latest technologies.

Pro Web 4.5 takes advantage of modern Internet technologies to be the best address management product on the market for the Internet, Intranets and thin-client environments. It greatly simplifies the task of integrating the Quick Address product into Internet browser based applications and thin-client environments.

Features of Pro Web V4.5

  • Hierarchical Picklists - Clients will be presented with picklists that can be stepped into or refined after performing a search, therefore reducing the size of picklists that are returned
  • XML Interface - QAS will provide an interface to the product that communicates in XML, a way to exchange structured data between different platforms and applications and the emerging standard for communicating documents between heterogeneous systems
  • SOAP Interface - A standard way of encapsulating messages within an XML wrapper and passing these messages over a network using the HTTP protocol. Makes it easier to implement a scalable solution that is platform independent
  • GBR Names Data - Will allow customers to capture a name from minimum address data entered within their browser based applications
  • Address Verification on the Web - Pro Web V4.5 can also be integrated so that so that it can be used to verify a full address entered into existing address forms, rather than using minimum address information entered into prompt sets

QuickAddress for Segmentation

Trying to understand the different characteristics of customers and prospects is a common challenge experienced by organisations today. Without this valuable information it is difficult to produce targeted and cost-effective communications. Marketing spend can be wasted on communicating with unprofitable customers and unlikely prospects. Resource can be ploughed into hitting the wrong target markets.

As a solution to this challenge, QuickAddress for Segmentation is a complete suite of products, datasets and professional services that allows you to profile and segment your database. With this capability, you can communicate a relevant and targeted message to each segment. Prospects matching your high-profit customers become easier to identify. Messaging can be more tailored and sophisticated to suit your target market.

The ability to accurately segment your database can deliver the following business benefits:

  • Targeted and cost-effective communications delivering a higher ROI
  • Identification of new opportunities or ‘gaps’
  • Delivery of relevant messages improving customer satisfaction and propensity to buy
  • A higher customer retention rate
  • Predictive buying behaviour analysis

QuickAddress for Data Migration

Rolling out new software applications and synchronizing databases can be a time-consuming, administrative nightmare. Migration is often not considered until late in the roll out of a new system which can lead to delayed project deadlines costing time, resource and money.

When merging databases, data can be incorrectly formatted, important data can be lost and project timeframes severely delayed. The risk associated to these types of problems can be high and costly to an organisation.

QuickAddress for Data Migration is a set of products, data and services that solves this headache and dramatically improve the migration process.

How QuickAddress for Data Migration works

Stage 1: Data Audit
QAS Professional Services performs a comprehensive data audit to scope out the full requirements for your migration project. QAS can also advise on appropriate formatting for databases dealing with international addresses.

Stage 2: Merging
Data is transferred from an existing database or databases into a temporary database. At this stage work can start on the cleaning and formatting the data.

Stage 3: Cleaning and formatting
QuickAddress Batch works with the merged database, verifying each address against the Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File (PAF).
