QuickAddress
for Segmentation
Trying to understand the different
characteristics of customers and prospects is a common
challenge experienced by organisations today. Without
this valuable information it is difficult to produce
targeted and cost-effective communications. Marketing
spend can be wasted on communicating with unprofitable
customers and unlikely prospects. Resource can be ploughed
into hitting the wrong target markets.
As a solution to this challenge,
QuickAddress for Segmentation is a complete suite of
products, datasets and professional services that allows
you to profile and segment your database. With this
capability, you can communicate a relevant and targeted
message to each segment. Prospects matching your high-profit
customers become easier to identify. Messaging can be
more tailored and sophisticated to suit your target
market.
The ability to accurately segment
your database can deliver the following business benefits:
- Targeted and cost-effective communications delivering
a higher ROI
- Identification of new opportunities or ‘gaps’
- Delivery of relevant messages improving customer
satisfaction and propensity to buy
- A higher customer retention rate
- Predictive buying behaviour analysis

QuickAddress
for Data Migration
Rolling out new software applications
and synchronizing databases can be a time-consuming,
administrative nightmare. Migration is often not considered
until late in the roll out of a new system which can
lead to delayed project deadlines costing time, resource
and money.
When merging databases, data can
be incorrectly formatted, important data can be lost
and project timeframes severely delayed. The risk associated
to these types of problems can be high and costly to
an organisation.
QuickAddress for Data Migration is
a set of products, data and services that solves this
headache and dramatically improve the migration process.
How QuickAddress for Data Migration
works
Stage 1: Data
Audit
QAS Professional Services performs a comprehensive data
audit to scope out the full requirements for your migration
project. QAS can also advise on appropriate formatting
for databases dealing with international addresses.
Stage 2: Merging
Data is transferred from an existing database or databases
into a temporary database. At this stage work can start
on the cleaning and formatting the data.
Stage 3: Cleaning and formatting
QuickAddress Batch works with the merged database, verifying
each address against the Royal Mail’s Postcode
Address File (PAF).
