Pre-processing
Is your postal address data mixed with other contact and delivery information? QAS can validate postal addresses, email addresses or phone numbers against reference databases to improve your data quality. Outdated ZIP codes, old email addresses or incorrect telephone exchanges all hinder you in communicating effectively with your customers.
QAS Cleaning Services enable you to identify and fix these data problems before your next contact with the customer. During a typical clean, each contact element is scored and the corrected version is returned along with how good or bad each match was. For returned records of questionable quality, you can use the scoring classification to decide what to do with each incorrect entry.
