At QAS we firmly believe in the importance of socializing outside the office. Put simply, we believe that it leads to greater company unity and ease of communication between departments.

Company Day

Company Day is an event where every QAS employee participates in a business meeting to recap the successes of the previous year and look forward to the goals for the year ahead. The meeting is filled with fun and exciting presentations from both management and your fellow co-workers. After the meeting, we have a team building activity followed by a party. Past Company Day activities include F1 racing, bowling, a scavenger hunt around Boston and an interactive comedy show.

Holiday Party

Company Day is an event where Every December, QAS holds a black-tie gala in Boston which includes dinner, dancing and entertainment. At previous holiday parties, we've gambled for prizes at a Las Vegas-themed event, seen Cirque de Soleil entertainers jump over our Chief Operating Officer, enjoyed the entertainment of Cher and Elvis impersonators and more!

Month End Celebrations

On the last day of every month, all QAS employees gather to celebrate the victories of the previous month. This typically starts with a speech from our COO, who highlights the progress against company goals and the overall performance of various individuals in the business. Sometimes Month End is in our office, sometimes at a local restaurant, but it's always fun!

Social Responsibility

Experian QAS works with the non-profit organization Boston Cares to coordinate volunteer projects for our staff to give back to the community. Recently, we painted a community center in the South End and plated gardens in Back Bay. Our employees also choose a charity each quarter and hold raffles to raise money for causes that are meaningful to us.
