Employee Testimonials

Describe your Experian QAS timeline.

"I started in the Sales Development Program in May 2007 and I was quickly promoted to the Customer Account Management team in September. I knew which sales team I wanted to work for, so it was just a matter of getting the job. At the end of October, I approached the Regional Sales Manager of the Boston Direct Team and asked for the Account Management job - and got it! In my first two years of selling, I achieved over 100% of my target and qualified for 3 incentive trips. The next year, I kept the momentum going and earned a promotion to become a Senior Account Manager."

What skills have you developed while working at Experian QAS?

"I didn't go to school for business, so I didn't have the same background as other people I worked with. Experian QAS developed my understanding of how businesses function through training and experience. The information I learned was not something I would have ever learned in a college lecture!"

What is your favorite memory at Experian QAS?

"Several spring to mind. On the serious side, in my first official sales training I had a reality check - I wasn't as good at sales as I thought. The sales trainer formally introduced me to what a successful person was and how far away I was from it. That was the reality check I needed to help me develop into a more successful salesperson. On the lighter side, there was the profitability cruise where we spent the entire year's profit on the party! Or the time I interviewed and asked for my first direct sales job in the office on Halloween. I was dressed in a toga and my future manager opposite me was dressed up as Vince McMahon in a full body suit and spray-painted white hair!"
