Employee Testimonials
Describe your Experian QAS timeline.
"When I started in 2005, Experian QAS was a small company. I started on the National Sales team and quickly moved to an Account Manager role on the Southeast Sales Team. I was able to overachieve against my targets and received a promotion to a Senior Account Manager. By 2007, I was promoted to be a Regional Sales Manager for my team. Moving into a management role was difficult, but the support I received from my manager allowed me to lead my team to be the #2 team in 2008 and then the #1 team in 2009 in the company. In 2009, I was promoted to the Director of Sales. I currently have 5 sales teams reporting to me and I am looking forward to expanding my role in the future."

What's the greatest challenge you've faced while working here?
"The challenge to improve yourself constantly. It's easy to get stuck into the day to day tasks, but if you make it a priority to always develop, you will always learn, and you will always get results. As you do this, there's always a next step - a higher peak to climb."

What has surprised you while working at Experian QAS?
"As a young person starting off, I thought it would take a while to develop a career path and grow my earning potential. Although it took a lot of hard work, I was surprised at how little time it took to reap the benefits. At a young age, I was earning $100k and I was able to continually to grow that amount."
