Describe your Experian QAS timeline:

"I started at Experian QAS in June 2009 as a marketing programs specialist. In this role, I managed all content creation and lead gen programs related to our healthcare and higher education markets. Within one year, I transitioned to a partner marketing role - a completely new role within which I was able to build a new program and create new processes. Roughly one year after this transition, I was again given a new opportunity for personal growth. Now, as a senior marketing specialist, I still manage partner marketing, in addition to spearheading a variety of other marketing initiatives."

What are some skills you have developed since joining Experian QAS?

"Personal development is a high priority at Experian QAS. While the company expects that you do your job well, they are also concerned with how your role develops and what employees get out of their experiences. For me, that translates into collaboration, creativity, and project management. With guidance from my manager and senior leadership, I've learned how to effectively collaborate across diverse groups (including external agencies), turn creativity into executable plans, and manage large groups to successful means."

What is your favorite memory of being at Experian QAS?

"I really enjoyed the day I worked with Habitat for Humanity. My coworkers and I spent a full day painting and cutting/hammering siding at one of the local Habitat for Humanity projects. The work was hard but very rewarding. It was great to see so many people take time away from work - and great to interact with everyone outside of the office."
