Describe your Experian QAS timeline:

"I started at Experian QAS in August of 2010. It was my 2nd job since graduating from college in 2007. I came from an ecommerce company where I was a Buyer and worked for their footwear department. I was initially very intimidated by jumping to an entirely different industry. After 3 months of joining the Business Development team here at Experian QAS, I felt completely at home and comfortable. My direct manager, my team, and even senior management were readily available to help me with any questions that I had, and were focused on my professional growth. That sort of attention and support are really hard to come by in corporate America, and they remain the major reasons why I enjoy working here so much."

What are some skills you have developed since joining Experian QAS?

"A few skills that I have developed while working here are communication and working with other departments. These two aspects of a job are arguably the most challenging parts of working at a large company, as different departments have different priorities and goals. The emphasis and the support that is driven from Senior Management to interact, communicate and align with other departments have ultimately lead me to be more successful in my role today."

What is your favorite memory of being at Experian QAS?

"My favorite memory at Experian QAS would have to be Company Day. Experian QAS puts on one of the most organized and impressive events, to celebrate the past year's successes, and to kick off a new year with enthusiasm and a level of intensity that is extremely motivational. Experian QAS really goes above and beyond when it comes to recognizing individual, team, and company achievements, which makes working here very rewarding." Patty
