On going training

Whatever your position at QAS, training will be ongoing and individually tailored, depending on the needs of your role and your preferred learning style.

Our comprehensive one-week induction for new employees will teach you about our products, markets, sales tools, and business applications, to help you "learn the ropes." We also make sure to give you plenty of opportunities to meet colleagues from other departments both in the office and during social activities.

From that point on, job-related training is likely to consist of a mixture of on-the-job training from your manager and in-house training seminars. Progress is monitored in every department through frequent updates with your manager as well as team meetings where you can review progress and discuss issues. In every department you will be expected to set new goals for yourself and achieve them within a predetermined time frame.

Skills, knowledge and experience

Our sales training programs are designed to foster and develop the passion and dedication our salespeople already have when they join. Specifically, we provide intense ongoing sales and technical training for the first four months layering on more advanced product offerings, sales techniques, and accompaniments. This road map helps ensure individual and company-wide success and includes frequent customized training sessions based on the needs of the individual, industry trends, and technical advancements.

We also provide weekly ongoing training on sales skills, weekly technical training to keep sales people abreast of latest product developments, and quarterly professional sales training from an outside consultant on advanced solution sales skills.
