Understanding the
SendRight Address Accuracy Programme
As of the 1st July, 2008 New Zealand Posts new SendRight
Address Accuracy programme will come into effect.
By using the current release QAS Batch v6.25 software,
your NZ data will be compliant with the SendRight™
standards.
The flow chart below details the SendRight process
and how QAS Batch works:

In order to receive bulk mail discounts from the New
Zealand Post under the SendRight Address Accuracy Programme,
addresses must be validated against the New Zealand
Post's Postal Address File (PAF) and a Statement of
Accuracy (SOA) report and Production Log must also be
obtained.
The SendRight Address Classification is based purely
on the input address and is designed to simply categorise
it into one of four main categories (Base, Unique, Invalid
or Excluded) based on the direct correlation with the
NZ Post's PAF File.
