Current Version: QAS Batch v6.25

Current Release

QAS Batch v6.25 has passed the New Zealand Post SendRight Certification and Experian QAS is issuing all existing QAS Batch customers with this updated version to ensure your business continues to be SendRight compliant.

Early this year Experian QAS were made aware that changes were required in the date format recorded in both the SOA Certificate and SOA Production log. This is an issue which has impacted on all SendRight Certified vendors. These changes have been included at the earliest possible time within our development window, namely this QAS Batch 6.25 release.

Based on these changes all mail lodgements that are placed with NZ Post from the 1st July 2008 must be cleansed using QAS Batch 6.25. This also includes any cleans previously run against earlier versions of QAS Batch. Failure to do this may result in a load failure, and could prevent you from receiving a mailing discount for that specific lodgement.

QAS Batch 6.25 will be distributed to all customers in June and will arrive no later than the 16th June 2008.

The product upgrade should be installed and operational no later than the 1st July 2008 in order to be compliant with SendRight. Experian QAS strongly recommends you perform the upgrade in a test environment prior to implementing in a live environment.

If you have any concerns surrounding the upgrade, please contact Experian QAS Technical Support on (+612) 8907 7272 for Sydney or (+613) 8622 1655 for Melbourne, or via email at ap.support@qas.com.
