International data, address types, lat / long and resident names
QAS software is
designed primarily to capture, verify and standardize U.S. and
international addresses.
INTERNATIONAL address data available
However, many other useful types of information, closely related to U.S. address data, can also be identified and processed through the popular and intuitive QAS user interface.
Address Type Indicator
QAS Pro and QAS Pro Web are now available with Address Type Indicator (ATI), a data set which categorizes addresses as businesses, residential or a mixture of both.
This data can also show whether a given address is an apartment building or a single residence, and indicate whether or not it is currently occupied.
This feature helps retailers make better decisions about which shipping method might be the most effective for a given address, and comes as standard with QAS for Multichannel Retail.

Address latitudes and longitudes
Latitudes and longitudes (lat/longs) are another useful data set that can be returned when verifying addresses with QAS Pro or QAS Pro Web software from QAS.

|
1 Times Sq
New York NY 10036-6519 |
Latitude: +40.756251
