Address validation for website forms
As most Web managers know, postal addresses entered into website forms are often incomplete or incorrectly formatted, needing to be verified and standardized separately before use. To prevent this, QAS has adapted its front-end address correction software for easy and seamless integration into website forms.
QAS Pro Web enables website users to perform their own address validation before submitting their details online. Full address finder and address search functions are also provided if the complete address details are not known.
The demonstration above represents the most typical integration of QAS Pro Web, but there are more integration options.
Address validation is performed against the latest * U.S. Postal Service® (USPS®) address data file or equivalent for international addresses. The same data is also accessed directly by the address finder and address search functions of the software.

international address verification if required. Popular additional
address data includes UK and Canadian addresses.
Technical information
QAS Pro Web is.NET-ready and J2EE-compliant, with XML and SOAP interfaces to run as a Web service. It is simple to integrate into websites, browser-based applications and thin-client environments. Full sample code is provided for ASP, JSP, C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET and PHP.
QAS Pro Web is available for Windows NT/2000/2003 and UNIX platforms.
