Key features of QAS Batch

CASS Certified™ software: Certified by the USPS®, QAS Batch meets all the address data cleaning and validation requirements of the Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS). CASS is the process that ensures accurate ZIP + 4 codes and Delivery Point Barcodes are placed on mail pieces by address cleaning software.

Delivery Point Validation: Address data is cleaned down to the apartment or suite number. Addresses with any missing data can be identified and flagged to the QAS Batch operator.

Delivery Point Barcodes: In addition to address cleaning and validation, QAS Batch supports Delivery Point Barcodes (DPBCs), which can qualify bulk mailers for further postal discounts. A DPBC consists of the 9-digit ZIP + 4 code, the last two digits of the primary address or post office box (delivery point), and a single check digit.

Reporting function: QAS Batch reports how successful its address data cleaning run has been, matching your address database against the latest USPS® address data file. It reports the changes that have been made, flags those that are unfixable and need attention, and displays your new clean data.
