Thomas Schutz - SVP, General Manager
As SVP, General Manager at Experian QAS North America, Thomas Schutz serves as the company's top executive for all strategic business decisions in the United States and Canada.
Tom started with the company in 2004 as a Sales Representative. In 2005, he assumed management responsibility for the company's inside sales team that was soon converted into outside sales, covering the southeastern US. In 2007, Tom was promoted to Director of Sales, covering all US operations. He increased new business revenue by 43 percent before assuming the role of Vice President of Sales in 2008. Tom took over North American operations in 2010.
Before joining Experian QAS, Tom held sales positions at ADP, specializing in software for payroll, tax filing and HR services, as well as at DSI Technology Services, an intellectual property protection, escrow, and verification services software company. Tom Schutz has a BS in Business Communications from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
Jordan Brigham - Vice President of Sales
As VP of Sales, Jordan Brigham oversees all sales teams in North America.
Jordan started with Experian QAS in 2005 as a Sales Representative. At the end of his first year, he was promoted to Senior Account Manager. In 2007, he was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, where he was responsible for the Southeast region. Jordan was again promoted in 2009, to Director of Sales.
Before joining Experian QAS, Jordan held a sales position at Oxford and Associates, an IT consulting and staffing firm. Jordan Brigham has a BA in International Relations from Syracuse University.
David Northridge - Vice President of Client Retention
David Northridge is Experian QAS’ VP of Client Retention with responsibility for all North American license renewals and partner integrations.
He started at Experian QAS as a Marketing Intern in 2002 and soon joined the inside sales and renewals teams. David built a Customer Management department from scratch to care for our growing customer base of 1400+ customers.
David earned a degree in Marketing from Bentley University in Boston.
David Bethoney - Finance Director
As Finance Director for Experian QAS, David Bethoney oversees all finance and accounting operations for the business, including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, strategic planning and financial systems. In addition, David oversees the Human Resources and Legal Departments.
Before joining Experian QAS, David was at Fox Interactive Media working with MySpace.com. He oversaw all financial functions for the national sales and marketing team, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic planning. He joined MySpace after a 3-year stint at Microsoft where he went through their Finance Rotation Program in addition to working in their Microsoft Dynamics Business group. In 2007, David co-founded an Internet start-up.
David earned a degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.
Beatriz Santin - Senior Director of Marketing and Product
As Director of Marketing and Product, Beatriz Santin is responsible for all Experian QAS North American product, marketing and teleprospecting activities.
Beatriz joined the company in 2008 and since that time has increased revenue generated from marketing leads by 50 percent focusing on online and offline marketing tactics and working closely with sales on lead conversion.
Prior to joining Experian QAS, Beatriz was the Director of Marketing at Comverse Technologies where she led field marketing across the Americas region. Beatriz started her career in technology in partner development at Kenan Systems, a division of Lucent Technologies later acquired by CSG Systems and Comverse.
Beatriz earned a BA in Business Administration from Mississippi State University, where she was a golfer on full scholarship, and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
Max Major - Senior Director of Technology
Max Major is Senior Director of Technology for Experian QAS, responsible for technical presales, customer deployments, customer support and network design and internal IT support.
Prior to joining Experian QAS, Max was Manager of Professional Services at Centive, Senior Manager of architecture and design at NuVox Communications and an Independent Business and Technical Consultant focused on CRM solutions.
Max earned a degree in Philosophy from Furman University.
